Eula Mae Cuevas Ladner

Eula Mae Cuevas Ladner, 80, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 in Lacombe, Louisiana.
Mrs. Ladner was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Mae Martin Cuevas; by the father of her children, John V. Ladner, brothers, Jimmie Dale, Roy Lee and Hayward ""Bootsie"" Cuevas; sister, Ruby Kowalski; and grandchildren, Ryan Randall and Brittany Ladner.
Survivors include her children, Deborah Naquin, Charlotte Ladner (Mark), Rannie Ladner, Sheron Randall (Rick), Susan Shaw (Teddy), Kim Ladner (Delaine) and Byron Ladner; brothers, E.J. and Bruce Martin; 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 2 on the way; and nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
Eula Mae was a life-long resident of Dedeaux Community and was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dedeaux.
Eula Mae had a very caring and loving spirit. Her practical jokes were monumental for the one's she loved. She will be dearly missed by her entire family and friends. As the matriarch of the family, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Monday, June 16, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dedeaux. Friends may visit from 10am to 12 Noon. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 11am.
Burial will follow at Alphonse Malley Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the church building fund.
