Erland Pulsifer

Erland Henry Pulsifer, 73, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Mr. Pulsifer was a native of Bidderford, Maine. He received his Bachelor of Sociology from Florida State University and his Master's in Religious Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He was a 1 ^st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Though he traveled throughout the world during his life, his residency has always been the Eternal Kingdom of God.  Mr. Pulsifer was the Director of BASIC MINISTRIES, and sharing the Gospel of Christ was his passion.
He was a wonderful father and husband. He lived a great life, ran his race, and went home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Ann Pulsifer; his father, Winfred Pulsifer; and his mother, Mildred Pulsifer.  He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Rita Pulsifer; his children, Ruth Pulsifer, Paul Pulsifer (Laura), Joy Pulsifer, Scott McDonald (Emma), Jenny McDonald, Alicia Parker (Dustin) and Joel McDonald; his brother, David Pulsifer (Sandra); and grandchildren, Larkin Pulsifer, Isabel Parker, Jessica Parker, Caleb Parker and Joshua Parker.
There will be Celebration of Life Memorial Service held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 27 ^th at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Espy Ave., Long Beach, MS. Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Pulsifer will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to BASIC MINISTRIES to continue his work.
