Enver Karagoz, age 71, of Gulfport, passed awy on March 13, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Husein and Ceneti Karagoz; and his brother, Yahya Karagoz.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Karagoz; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Mr. Karagoz served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed spending time with his family and after Hurricane Katrina, he crafted bowls from damaged trees and his works are on display at various places along the coast.
A memorial service will be at 7 pm on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, where friends and family may gather 1 hour prior to the service.
