Emma Eloise Conerly McCaffrey, age 96, of Gulfport, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013.
Mrs. McCaffrey was born in 1917 to Sargent Prentiss Conerly and Allie Alexander Conerly. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Vicksburg before moving to the Coast where she joined Bel-Aire Baptist Church around 1970.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Lee McCaffrey; her parents; daughter, Patricia Ann McRaney.
She is survived by her sons, Alton Lee McCaffrey, Sr. (Cecilia) and Gregory Wayne McCaffrey (Caroline); 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Graveside services will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
