Elsie Rishel

Elsie Rishel, age 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 15, 2013.
Elsie was a resident of Long Beach, MS, a member of First Baptist Church of Long Beach and loved gardening, sewing, cooking, quilting and spending time with her family.
The family would like to thank Fresenius Dialysis Center of Diamondhead and the nurses and staff of the Progressive Care Unit at Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion.
Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Lydia Holdeman and her sister, Thelma Hastings.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Freddie Rishel; her 3 sons, David A. Rishel, Harry F. Rishel (Amy) and Scott Rishel (Stacey); her two sisters, Julia McCullough (Joe) and Hazel Holdeman; her 5 grandchildren, William Holloway, Aaron Rishel, Delaney Rishel, Mallorie Rishel and Trent Rishel; and many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12 Noon, Friday, December 20 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery. Tributes may be offered at www.riemannfamily.com and in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund of First Baptist Church, Long Beach.
