Elizabeth S. Sidaway, age 85 and a resident of Biloxi passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 in Biloxi.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert E. Sidaway; her parents, James and Zinobia Seymour; and her son, Robert Dana Sidaway.
Mrs. Sidaway is survived by her son, Darryl Sidaway and his wife Judy of Biloxi; her brother, James Seymour of Vancleave; five grandchildren: Brian Sidaway (Kristin), Kevin Sidaway, Charlotte King (Nick), Heath Sidaway (Jamie) and Kristen Sidaway (and Steven Byers); and seven great-grandchildren: Ashley and Katelyn Sidaway, Christian King, Cortland Sidaway, Gaige Sidaway, Haylee Sidaway, and Steven Byers.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Gulfport. Mrs. Sidaway was retired from South Central Bell and was a member of Bell South Pioneers.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Emeritus Hospice and SADD Healthcare for their gentle care.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, where friend may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
