Elizabeth "Betty" Gress

Elizabeth ""Betty"" Gress, age 83, of Biloxi passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in Biloxi.
Betty was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and was a stay at home Mom, dedicated to ensuring her children received a good education. She has been a member of the YMCA in Ocean Springs since 1973, made many lasting friends there, and was proud of maintaining her physical fitness.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Charles R. Gress of Biloxi; her children, Mark Gress of D'Iberville, David Gress and his wife Lori, of Vancleave, and Roy Gress and his wife Jaqui, of Sorento, FL; her brother, Jim Marcantonio; her sister, Nina Serzynski; six grandchildren, Charles Daniel Gress, Christopher Aaron Gress, Sarah Michelle Gress, Hannah Gress, Maria Hampton, and Ross Gress; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi, where friends may visit one prior to the service. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
