Elaine Breazeale Brown

Elaine Breazeale Brown, age 87, of Gulfport, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015.
Mrs. Brown was born to Charles Everette and Grace Oliver Breazeale on August 18, 1928. She graduated from Drew High School and obtained a B.S. Degree in Home Economics from Mississippi State College for Women. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Gulfport. She was a past member of Merry Maskers, the Gulfport Yacht Club Auxiliary, and the Junior Auxiliary of Gulfport. She especially enjoyed reading, puzzles, gardening, sewing and playing bridge.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe L. Brown Jr.; and her siblings, Carolyn Eastland, Malcolm Breazeale, Maurice Breazeale, Ralph Breazeale, and Ann Breazeale.
She is survived by her children, Joe L. Brown III, Cindy B. McCabe (Mike), and Charles B. Brown (Theresa); her sister, Virginia Wheat; her grandchildren, Jordan L. Brown (Kathryn), Michael C. McCabe Jr. (Yvonne), Matthew C. McCabe (Morgan), Katie M. Blount (Charles), Lauren R. Brown; and great-grandchildren, Louise, Clark, Henry, Claire, and Everett McCabe.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport with a visitation for family and friends beginning one hour prior to the service.
