Elaine Bishop

Elaine Bishop, age 82 of D’Iberville, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, peacefully entered her eternal rest on December 14, 2024, surrounded by family.

Elaine was born and raised in Winnfield, LA where she met the love of her life, Charles. They married in 1961, following with two children, then moving to D’Iberville, MS in 1969.

She was a very talented and crafty woman actively involved with Woolmarket Prime of Life Center.

Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bishop; her mother, Dorothy Arrington; and her father, Mayo Arrington.

She is survived by her children, Tina Williams (Tommy), and Carl Bishop (Barbara); her sister, Tinnie Arrington; her grandchildren, Katie Williams (Justin), Meagan Simer (Drew), and Jake Bishop; her great-grandchildren, Laikyn, Maddox, Remi, and Reese.

Elaine devoted her life to her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 10:00 am, at Biloxi National Cemetery.

Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport, is serving the family.
