Ejane Wyatt Walker, age 54, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 in Gulfport after fighting cancer since her diagnosis in 2013. She graduated from William Carey University class of May 2013 with a bachelor degree in business. She was an Operations Support Technician for The Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Jackson, MS division. Ejane owned her own business Odds & Pods in Wiggins, MS. Also, she has a long list of awards, grants, and achievements which include: Weyerhaeuser Recycling Award, Keep Mississippi Beautiful Award (2000), Gulf Coast Community Foundation Grant, implemented environmental curriculum for K thru 3rd grade for Harrison County (1998), and coordinated a computer lab for Central Elementary in Gulfport (2001).
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Marsh Walker.
She is survived by her daughter, Erica Kohler (Ethan) of Tucson, AZ; son, Eric Janssen (Haley) of Long Beach; father, John K. Walker, Sr.; sister, Jeanette Koval (Marc) of Douglasville, GA; brother, John Walker, Jr. (Ginger) of Florida; granddaughter, Ezabelle Janssen; several nieces and nephews.
