Earline Atwood

Earline Cox was born on February 23 ^rd of 1930 in Brookhaven, Mississippi.  She was the daughter of Charles and Nellie Bell Cox.  She graduated from Franklinton High School in Louisiana.  She married US Army Private Thomas R. Atwood on December 2 ^nd of 1947 in Covington County Mississippi.  He has preceded her in death.  Earline passed away at home in Huntsville, Alabama, on April 5, 2018.  She is survived by her brother, Bobby Cox and his wife, Faye.  She is also survived by her children, Patricia and her husband, Jim, Thomas and his wife, Sherry, along with David and his wife, Shirley.  She has also been blessed with 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
The service will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 2:00 PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. at the corner of Washington Ave., West Jackson County, with a visitation for family and friends from 12:00 PM until the service. Her interment into the earth will take place immediately afterward at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport, MS.
