Dorothy ""Dot"" Ivy Moran, 81, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 in Gulfport. She was a dedicated member and pianist of Cowan Road Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Robert Ivy and Rebecca Lummus; husband, Joseph P. Moran.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Steven Joseph Moran of Gulfport and Glenn Edward Moran (Susie) of Gulfport; 3 grandchildren, Kara Dronet (Jayme) Korry Breeland and Joseph P. Moran (Erica); 6 beautiful great- grandchildren; sister, Margaret Moran of Jackson; brother, Grady Edwin Ivy of Wyoming.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Gulf Pines Cemetery in Long Beach.
