Donald Wilfred Moran

Don W. Moran, Jr., age 50, a life-long resident of Hancock County, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013 in Pearl River, LA.
Mr. Moran graduated from Hancock North Central High School and was involved in the both basketball and football while in high school. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was also involved as a volunteer with youth sports in Hancock County.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Luvy Necaise Cuevas; paternal grandmother, Mabel Moran; and paternal grandfather, Oswald Moran, Sr.
Survivors include his parents, Donald and Gaynell Moran, Sr.; 3 children, Donald W. Moran, III and wife Tammy, Jessica Moran Suit and husband Brandon, and Courtney Moran; 2 sisters, Angela Moran Ladner and Rachel Moran Denius and husband John; 2 grandchildren, Dylan Moran and Madison Moran; grandfather, James Cuevas; and many other loving family members and friends.
Services were held on Friday, July 26 at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian with burial at Alphonse Malley Memorial Cemetery. Tributes may be offered at www.riemannfamily.com.
