Dona Marie Stockstill White

Dona M. Stockstill White, age 65 of Long Beach, MS, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at St. Joseph Hospice in Gulfport, MS, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

She was born November 19, 1960, in Gulfport, MS, the eldest daughter of the late Donald Stockstill and Lois “Marie” Gonzales.

In addition to her parents, Dona was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Ann Stockstill, and her grandson, Taylor Dardar.

Dona is survived by her devoted husband of 23 years, Douglas Bryans White. She is also survived by her daughters, Cassie (Sonny) Dardar, Ashley King, Alayne (Brad) Melancon; her siblings, Debby (John) Bodino, Dana Stockstill and William “Bill” (Kim) Stockstill and her grandkids, Sean, Mia, Lillian, Graham, Kaylee, Abby, Annie and Millie. She is remembered by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home Chapel in Long Beach, MS, with Bro. Bryan Atwood officiating. Burial will follow in the Finley Cemetery in Gulfport, MS. Friends and family may visit Monday, May 11, 2026, from 11:30 am until the time of funeral service at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, MS.

Her family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice for their care and compassion demonstrated during this difficult journey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Dona’s memory to St. Joseph Hospice Foundation, 124 Broad Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501.
