Dixie Lee Qualls, age 84, of Gulfport, passed away on October 5, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard W. Qualls; 2 sons, Michael G. Stewart and Steven Stewart; her parents, Jesse O. Tucker and Grace Tucker; her siblings, Charles W. Tucker, Robert O. Tucker, and Georgeanne Burke.
Survivors include her children, Brenda Green, Jeff Stewart, Brian Stewart, Chris Stewart, Shelley Distephano Jon Ingram, Danny Qualls, David Qualls, and Linda Hillard; a sister, Rosemary Brannon; a brother, David Tucker; 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was a faithful member of Grace Chapel Church and she enjoyed dressing up for holidays and special events. She enjoyed visiting nursing homes and making arts and crafts.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, from 9 - 10 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS. A funeral service will be at 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
