Dennis Ray Hodges

January 27, 1931 — April 30, 2013

Dennis Ray Hodges, 82, a resident of Long Beach and formerly of Kosciusko, died on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
He was born on January 27, 1931 in Attala County, and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hodges of Long Beach; daughter, Marsha Hodges Ladner of Perkinston; sisters, Wilma Warren of Kosciusko; Sudie M. Rogers of St. Pauls, N.C.; Reginald Upchurch of Winona and brother, Charley S. Hodges of Montana.
Mr. Hodges is survived by two sons, David and Joey Hodges of Gulfport; three daughters, Cindy and Elizabeth Hodges both of Long Beach and Christina Hodges Saucier of Gulfport; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at North Long Beach Baptist Church for the family from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. and for all others at 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Charles Bonner officiating. Burial will be at Long Beach City Cemetery.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, is assisting the family with arrangements.
