Dena Charles Whipp, Jr., age 83, of Biloxi, MS, and formerly of Waco and Orange, TX, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dena Charles Whipp, Sr. and Bonnie May Wheat Whipp.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Paula Rossi of Biloxi; and his sister, Bettye Ann Whipp.
