Dolores Mary Roberts, age 84, of D'Iberville, MS, passed away Friday, January 31, 2014.
Mrs. Roberts was born in Biloxi, MS to Tim and Enola Hebert Broussard. She was of the Catholic faith. She spent her evenings at the D'Iberville VFW Post and the Moose Lodge playing Bingo with her friends. She wanted to thank her many friends for the wonderful memories and to make sure they all knew how much they meant to her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Joseph Roberts, Jr.; her parents; her children, Cynthia Roberts and Wanda Roberts Valentine; her brother, Sidney Broussard; and an infant grandchild, baby girl Cook.
She is survived by her children, Timothy P. Roberts of D'Iberville, MS, Tanya R. Sjostrom (Bert) of Perkinston, and Harrison Lee Lofton of St. Martin; her siblings, Genevieve Dannelley of Texas, and Charles Broussard of Biloxi; grandchildren, Ken Cook, Jr., Shawn Cook, Les Valentine, Jr., Bridget Stribling, Mack Broussard, Jr., Kecia Deshazo, Kyle Sjostrom; and great grandchildren, Ethan and Dawson Cook, Kenneth Reeves Cook, Timothy and Sean Michael Stribling, Colton, Journee, and Makayla Deshazo.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at Biloxi National Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, is serving the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
