Infant Declan Wade Poolson, of Long Beach passed away January 15, 2014 in Gulfport.
He is survived by his mother Baylee Poolson, grandparents, Christiana and Leo Poolson, step-grandfather, Mark Triana, step-grandmother, Karen Dulac, uncle, Lane Poolson, God mother, Raven Dedeaux, special friends, Mary Bennett and Waco Renshaw.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 19 from 2 to 3 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach. The Service will be on Sunday, 3 p.m., in the funeral home chapel.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105. Tributes may be offered at www.riemannfamily.com.
