Deborah Charlene Lowery, passed away peacefully after bravely battling her illness, surrounded by her beloved family, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Born in Memphis, TN, August 19, 1953, she leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Deborah dedicated herself to serving others during her career as a carrier for the United States Postal Service. Her commitment to her work was paralleled only by her unwavering love for her family. Deborah adored her grandchildren, finding joy in every moment spent with them, cherishing any opportunity to take them on new adventures.

Outside of her professional life and family duties, Deborah found solace in the art of sewing in earlier years. Her creativity knew no bounds as she crafted beautiful pieces that will continue to be cherished by those who were lucky enough to receive them.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband, George W. Lowery; her children, Jason (Tiffany) Lowery, Jeana (Derrick) Lee, Ken (Tera) Cox; and her dear grandchildren, Caleb, Gavin, Koen, Tyler, and Alisa. She is also survived by brothers, sisters and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Alice (nee Clifford) Clary.

In honor of Deborah's life, let us carry forward the values she held dear – love unconditionally, treasure family above all else, and find joy in the simple moments shared together. May she rest in peace knowing that she was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.

Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
