David Michael Madigan, age 67 and a resident of Long Beach, died on Friday, April 19, 2013, in Gulfport.
Dave was a 1962 graduate of Elizabeth High School in Elizabeth, IL and he served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, spending time with his dog, and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Josephine Madigan; his brothers, Louie and Pat, his niece, Tina Arand and his nephews, Timmy Arand, Todd Girot, and Mike Madigan.
Dave is survived by his sons, Brad Madigan of Gulfport, Brian Madigan of St. Petersburg, FL; his sisters, Nan (Bob) Arand of Stockton, IL, Mag (Joe) Ferrell of Hanover, IL, Kathy Madigan of Colorado Springs, CO, Beth (Dave Kilmut) Madigan of LeHigh, FL, and Sue (Nicky) Nazaretian of Long Beach; his brothers, Bob (Cheri) Madigan of Lena, IL, Mark (Tracy) Madigan of Peyton, CO, and Dennis (Alison) Madigan of Long Beach and numerous nephews and nieces.
The family will have private celebrations of life and would like to express their appreciation to Boyington Rehab Solution and Riemann Family Funeral Services for their care and compassion.
