David Landry

David Alan Landry, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, in Gulfport, MS.

David was a long-time resident of Long Beach. He was an electrician by profession all of his adult life.  His passions and hobbies included building car engines, street racing in the 1970’s, playing pool and fishing coastal waters. David made friends easily and had a close and loving relationship with his family. He was of the Christian faith.

David was preceded in death by his father, George Landry; his mother, Vera Faye Landry; 2 brothers, Michael Landry and Jerry Landry; as well as his youngest child, Matthew Landry.

David is survived by his children, Amanda Sawyer and Brandon Landry, both or Republic, Missouri; his sister, Judy Sessoms; his grandsons, Connor Landry and Blake Landry; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family members and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 20th at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach, MS.
