David Arthur Kinsey, age 58 of Biloxi, MS, passed away on February 14, 2018 in Ocean Springs.
David was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Kinsey; grandparents, Chester and Ruby Kinsey, and Viola and August Ladnier.
He is survived by his mother, Celeste Marie Kinsey of Biloxi; siblings, Darren Kinsey and Shannon Becker; nephews, Derrick Kinsey, Tyler Haun and Casey Edmondson all of Biloxi.
