David Richard Belcher, 68, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Biloxi VA Hospital.
Mr. Belcher earned his Master's Degree in Industrial Vocational Education from USM. He retired after 20 years as a Senior Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force having served in Vietnam. Mr. Belcher retired after 27 years as a Training Manager in Civil Service at Keesler AFB.
Mr. Belcher is survived by his wife of 49 1/2 years, Shirley Belcher; three brother; three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 8th at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi. Interment with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
