Daniel Craig Hilton

Daniel Craig Hilton, age 74, of Gulfport, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025.

A master carpenter whose hands shaped fine furniture with skill and care, Daniel found joy in the grain of wood and the rhythm of craft. He was equally captivated by the sky, tracking storms with a passion that many said missed its true calling in meteorology.

He is survived by his devoted daughter, Joy Hilton Kiser; his cherished grandson, Memphis Avritt; his loving son in law, Chip Kiser; and his sisters, Marilyn Perkins and Melinda Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harriet and Nathan Harbage.

Daniel's warmth, curiosity, and quiet craftsmanship will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
