Dalton MaKay Emmons, age 31, passed away on Wednesday September 11, 2024, in Kiln, Mississippi. He was born July 9, 1993, in Slidell, Louisiana to Robby and Melissa (Ladner) Emmons. Dalton was preceded in death by his great grandparents George and Eva Manuel, paternal grandparents Perry and Marcy Emmons, uncle Kendall Ladner, and aunt Amanda Ladner.
He was a military veteran and served in the United States Army. Dalton was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved to spend time with his family and especially his nieces and nephews. Dalton best friend was his brother Dillon, who called him for guidance quiet often. Everyone seen Dalton as a loving, caring and kind person.
Dalton leaves his cherished memories to his parents Robby and Melissa Emmons; brother Dillon Emmons (Emily); maternal grandparents E.J. and Myra Ladner; nieces and nephews Aiimen, Ramsey, Kate MaKay, Eva, Abram, Addisyn.
The family will receive friends 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Standard-Sandhill Cemetery in Kiln, MS. with military honors.
Pallbearers will be Dillon Emmons, Dameon Cuevas, Jeremey Cooper, Jeffery Cooper, Diego Albion, and Todd Savoy.
