Dale Edward Winters

Dale Edward Winters, born on May 7, 1945, in Bath, New York, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, in Saucier, Mississippi, surrounded by family. He was a dedicated Construction Supervisor and spent much of his professional life ensuring that buildings were safe and well-constructed.

Dale grew up in New York before moving to Maryland, and he eventually settled in Saucier to be closer to family just a month before Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast.

In his personal life, Dale was known for his love of putting together puzzles with his wife. He was a proud member of Grace Baptist Church and shared a loyal passion for the Dallas Cowboys.

Dale is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Theresa Winters. He is also survived by his children, Richard Winters (Julie), Robin Wilson (Chris), Terri Espy (Shirley Garrison), and Sherri Wheat. His siblings, Tom Hawley and Dorothy Mayo, will cherish his memory along with his grandchildren: Jessyka, Natasha, Mark, Dillon, Lily, Elijah, Ella, Zack, Samantha, Jack, and Tabby. He also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ruth Winters. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

A memorial service is scheduled on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 6:00pm at Grace Baptist Church on Highway 53 in Saucier.
