Tech Sgt. Dale J. Patterson US AF Retired, age 94, of Long Beach, passed away on August 2, 2016.
Dale started on his career in February 1943 and served with the US Army during three battle campaigns. Pat has served tours from Trinidad to Greenland with stops in Korea and Germany. Dale served in both WWII and the Korean War. During Dales later years, he was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base as an instructor where he retired.
He is preceded in death by, wife Evelyn Jane Patterson; two sons, Ralph Edward Patterson, Jerry Patterson; parents, Floyd H. Patterson and Edna Patterson; and three younger brothers.
His survivors include his son Dale John Patterson (Donna) of Wiggins; grandchildren, Dale Jay Patterson, Jerry M. Patterson; three great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 9 AM at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport is serving the family. An online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com
