Cynthia A. Donald Hoipkemier, age 63, of Long Beach, passed away on September 9, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Wayne Donald, Sr.; her brother, William Wayne Donald, Jr., her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Donald and Mr. and Mrs. C.H. “Pops” Stone.

Cynthia is survived by her husband of 22 years, Michael Keith Hoipkemier; her mother, Carolyn A. Donald; her half-sister, Janelle Johnson, of Greenwood, OH; and three nephews, Garret, Riley, and Chance; her aunts, Lana Sumerall, of Hot Springs, AR, Vee May (Aubrey) of Gulfport; her uncle Dale Stone (Harriet) of Gulfport, and numerous cousins that loved her dearly..

Cynthia was a graduate of Brewer High School in Fort Worth, TX., she loved helping people and going to family reunions. She made a mean roast beef, she loved buying for her loved ones and others, and she loved history and genealogy.

She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Trentman Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Worth, TX.

She fought a good fight; she was a patient in the hospital for 197 days.

The Lord Jesus reached down and took her home.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM,  funeral services starting at 3:00 PM, at New Hope Baptist Church 17430 Landon Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503. 

Interment at Highland cemetery 3401 W 7th St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 on Monday September 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
