Craig P. Roberts, age 65 and a resident of Diamondhead, passed away on December 29, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanne Ragan and his stepbrother, Tom Ragan.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Roberts of Diamondhead; his father, John Preston Roberts (Chris) of Gulfport; his siblings, Tammy Turnage (Kendall) of Gulfport, Nancy Wilson (Terry) of Brownwood, TX, Patricia Griffith of Green Valley, AZ, and Peggy Arend of Hawaii, and Jim and Danny Ragan, both of CA; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, who loved him dearly.
Craig served in the U.S. Navy, was a Vietnam War veteran, a member of the Civil Air Patrol and local EAA 749, and a charter member of the Diamondhead VFW. He was actively involved in helping young people, had a strong love for aviation and always volunteered for the American Red Cross. He was a member of Michael Memorial Baptist Church, Gulfport.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian with a visitation for family and friends from 9:00 AM until the service. A funeral service will also be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Presbyterian Church, Mt. Olive, MS with a visitation from 1:00 PM until the service. Burial will follow at McNair Cemetery.
