Cory David Gregory

Cory David Gregory, age 24, of Gulfport, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, in New Orleans.
Cory was born in Biloxi to Susan Gregory Short and Carl Short. He was a graduate of Harrison Central High School and was a member of Michael Memorial Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and an aspiring gunsmith.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Short, and his great grandfather, Z.A. Lambert.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Gregory of Gulfport; two daughters, Savanna Gregory and MaKayla Gregory; grandparents, David and Betty Gregory; father, Carl Short; brother, Logan Short; uncle and aunt, Jeff and April Gregory; cousins, Dawson and AbbyGayle Gregory; great grandmother, Dutha Lambert; and an extended loving family and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013, at Michael Memorial Baptist Church, John Clark Road, Gulfport, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held two hours prior.
Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
