Constance had a fulfilling career as a nurse, retiring from Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, Mississippi, where she touched countless lives with her compassion and dedication. Her career was further enriched by her travels alongside her husband, Carl Miller, who served proudly in the Navy. These adventures shaped her worldview and strengthened her commitment to care for others, a true reflection of a life devoted to service.

In her later years, Constance played a pivotal role in founding the Fenton Community Church in Kiln, Mississippi, working hand in hand with her husband. This endeavor highlighted her unwavering dedication to fostering a sense of community and support among those around her.

A lifelong learner, Constance earned a master’s degree, embodying her belief in the power of education and the importance of personal growth. Throughout her life, she put others before herself, and her legacy will forever be one of selflessness and kindness.

Constance is survived by her loving husband, Carl Miller; her daughter, Debrah Ann Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom will carry forward her spirit of compassion and service. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
