Conley "Connie" Sherman Lott

Conley “Connie” Sherman Lott, age 101, of Biloxi, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John W. Sherman; her second husband, Gerald Lott; her son, Johnnie; her grandson, Christopher Quave; three brothers; and two sisters.

Left to cherish her memories are her adoring daughters, Linda Turan (Jimmy), Deborah Quave (Danny), and Renee Pavolini; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; and four adopted children.

Connie was a true southern lady. A woman who delt with adversity the same way she did blessings, with grace and honor. She was well known within the Woolmarket community, she owned Sherman’s Home of Beauty for 52 years. She took great pride in her business and worked tirelessly to ensure her patrons were treated like family. Connie was a member of Woolmarket Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and enjoyed singing in the choir.

A special thank you to Halcyon and Encompass Hospice, Lamar Health Care nurses and staff, especially nurse Tamara who was so kind and loving.

A visitation will be held from 12:30-2:00 PM, Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with a funeral service to being at 2:00 PM, interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
