Colleen Harper Dana

Lifelong Gulf Coast resident, Colleen Harper Dana, passed away at 96 years old on Thursday, September 7^th. She had been confined to the Mississippi Care Center of Morton for the past few weeks.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Richard Lowery Dana. She is survived by her children, Richard Harper Dana (Sybil) of Pelahatchie; Debra Dana Athas (William) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and Rebecca Dana Fetterolf of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Holly Davis (Gareth), Brian Dana (Catherine), Joseph Sarros, Rachel Rau, Mark Rau (Chelsea), David Gilmore (Vickielynn), and Candice Ingram; and her 18 great grandchildren.

Her grandchildren were a joy in her life after retirement from a long career as a payroll supervisor in the early days of computers at Keesler AFB.

Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi.  Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
