Claudia Gordon Kelton

Claudia Gordon Kelton, age 80, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and former resident of Houma, Louisiana, passed away on Friday December 1, 2023, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She moved to Gulfport in 2019.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude J. Gordon Sr.; and “Minnie” Rhoenna Webb Gordon; her sisters, “Eva” Lorraine Hudman and Catherine Dorman; and her brother Levi Green; her twin grandchildren, Katherine and Marie Kelton.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert Kelton Sr; her three sons, Robert E. Kelton Jr. of Scottsdale, Arizona, Stephen (Judy) Kelton of Houma, Louisiana; and Gordon Kelton of Gulfport, Mississippi, and her daughter Heather (Kevin) Cenac of Houma, Louisiana.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Peter (Noel) Kelton, Madi (Beaux) Martin, Ali Kelton, Stuart Kelton, Christopher Kelton, Connor Cenac and Meghan Cenac; her Three great grandchildren Cosmo Kelton, Olivia Martin, and Eleanor Martin; her brother Claude J, Gordon Jr.

Her service will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road Gulfport, MS 39503. Visitation will be at 10:00 am and funeral service at 11:00 am.
