Clarence L. Quinn, age 85, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026.

Clarence was a proud United States Army veteran who devoted 20 years to military service. He served with the 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper and was wounded while serving in Vietnam. During his distinguished military career, he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant and received the Purple Heart along with numerous other honors and recognitions.

Beyond his military service, Clarence enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved plants and trees and shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Sam. He was of the Baptist faith.

Clarence shared 66 years of marriage with his wife, Veronica Quinn of Saucier. He is also survived by his children, Jason, Becky, Sharon, Clarence Jr., Penny and Glen; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Timothy and Dawn.

In keeping with Clarence's wishes, the family has chosen not to hold formal services.
