Charlotte Ann Filibeck, age 71, passed away November 4, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Buford Foley and Gracie Foley; brother, John Richard Foley; son, Philip Filibeck; daughter, Kelly Hosey; and granddaughter, Kristen Cuevas.
Charlotte is survived by her husband David Filibeck; children; Richard (Jennifer) Filibeck, Jeff (Doris) Davis, Donald (Teresa) Davis, Kimberly Grant, Mark (Rene) Filibeck, Greg Filibeck, Cheryl (Mickey) Saucier, Brian (Theresa) Filibeck, Paul (Katrina) Filibeck; her brothers, Ronnie (Carol) Foley, Charles (Jackie) B. Foley, and Gregory Joseph (Patty) Foley; seventeen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
