Charlie Ray Grimsley, age 59, of Gulfport, passed away on October 5, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles ""Buddy"" Grimsley, and an aunt, Mary Alice Wiggins.
Survivors include his mother, Hilda Rae Mitchell, a sister, Betty (Dean) Ramsay, 2 nephews, Aaron Ramsay, and Alex Ramsay, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was retired and enjoyed spending time on the water with his friends.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, from 10 - 11 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport. A memorial service will be at 11 am in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Memorial Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 940, Gulfport, MS 39502.
