Charles Reeder

Charles Rodney Reeder, born July 3, 1950 passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 17, 2018. Charles was a decorated Vietnam War veteran receiving a Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and the Army Commendation Medal for his service to his country. He was a skilled fisherman, loved the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and always looked forward to celebrating Mardi Gras yearly with his family.  Charles was a beloved and cherished son, husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He will be remembered for his unwavering loyalty and love for his family.   Charles is survived by his wife Victoria Reeder, daughter Rene McCoy (Lee McCoy), daughter Robyn Reeder, three granddaughters, and four brothers.  The family would like to thank the Biloxi VA, especially the building 15-1 Niagara hospice unit for their tender and dignified care of our precious Charles in his final weeks.
