Charles T. Payment

Charles T. (Ted) Payment, 87, of Pass Christian, formerly of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents Pearl Booth and Max Payment; brothers, Max Payment, Jr. and Phillip Payment.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mary Gordin Payment; daughter, Pam Payment of Hammond, LA; two sons, Tim Payment (Kathleen) of Huntsville, AL and Andy Payment (Meg) of Pass Christian; grandchildren, Beth Partain (Jeremy), Ben Payment and Dan Payment (Whitney) of Huntsville, AL; Adam Monteleone of Hammond, LA; and Emily Payment of Pass Christian; and great-grandchildren, Shelby, Warren, Teddy and Thomas Partain of Huntsville, AL.
Mr. Payment had a successful career in banking and real estate in Jackson before retiring to the Coast. He was fourth-degree Sir Knight with the Knights of Columbus.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated held Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Pass Christian. A visitation will be held Saturday at 9:00 A.M. until service time at the church. A burial will follow the service at St. Paul Cemetery in Pass Christian.
