Charles L. Lacy, age 76, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, on March 24, 2026.
He was welcomed into eternal rest by his parents, William Lacy and Leila Bell Lance Lacy; his beloved son, Terry Lacy; his brothers, Bobby Lacy and William “Bill” Lacy; and his sister, Ann Dodd.
Charles leaves behind a legacy of love in his devoted wife, Mildred Lacy; his children, Tina (Randy) Reynolds and Mary Ann (Mark) Henson; his sister Janice Robertson, and his treasured grandchildren, Austin (Traci) Weaver, Autumn (Brady) Banks, Kirstie (Zack) Henson, Kainan (Morgan) Henson, Justin (Brooke) Richards, Dylan (Jordan) Lacy, Dusty (Shai) Lacy, Denisha (Ethan) Roden, Siera Lacy, and Hunter Lacy. He was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Bo Lacy, Chloe Lacy, Lillie Roden, Ella Roden, Kason Lacy, Kolson Lacy, and Kash Henson, each of whom brought him immense pride and joy.
Charles had a deep love for his family and found his greatest happiness in time spent together, especially with his grandchildren. Whether gathered for simple moments or special occasions, those times meant everything to him. He also found peace and freedom on the open road, riding his beloved blue Harley-Davidson.
The family would like to express their sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Baywood RV Community, especially Dr. Allison Wall and the staff of Memorial Physicians Clinics (Hope), Dr. Traci Sanford and the staff at Center Well Senior Primary Care, Memorial Hospital and staff, and Rev. Dusty Lacy. Your kindness, compassion, and care brought comfort not only to Charles but to all who loved him. Your support during this time will never be forgotten.
The family would also like to extend a special thank you to Riemann Family Funeral Home and staff for their guidance, compassion, and care during this difficult journey.
