Charles Allen James

Charles Allen James, 49, of Waveland, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023. Charles is survived by his father, John E. James, Sr., brother, John E. James, Jr., and sister, Gwenette James. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joycelyn E. Collins. Charles was an Army veteran and after his service worked as a welder. He enjoyed boxing and basketball.
