Charles Lawrence Hilbers, age 74, of Ocean Springs, passed away on Wednesday, April 04, 2012, at his home.
Mr. Hilbers was born in St. Joseph, MO to Charles Lawrence Hilbers, Sr. and Margaret Lewis Hilbers. Before retiring in 2010, he was an Electrical Engineer in the field of National Defense.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Katherine Hilbers of Ocean Springs; his children, Katherine Virginia Hilbers (Bryan Coleman) of Lanham, MD, Charles Morris Hilbers of Ocean Springs, Charlotte Hilbers Capitano (Ki) of Ft. Myers, FL, Evan Drue Hilbers (Angela Reinholtz) of Picayune, William Joseph Hilbers of Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer Alma Hilbers of Denver, CO, and Lawrence Gerald Hilbers (Lourdes) of Alexandria, VA; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
