Charles Dane Richardson

Charles Dane Richardson - Passed away suddenly, Thursday, October 12, 2023, while on the Gulf of Mexico enjoying his hobby of boating. He was born on May 28, 1945, in Tupelo, MS and a longtime resident of Goodlettsville, TN.  He and his late wife, Donna, moved of Ocean Springs, MS in 2021.  He was a facilities manager with Cendant for many years.

A graduate of Itawamba Agricultural High School and later pursued further education at Itawamba Community College.

Charles was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force. His military service instilled in him a deep sense of patriotism and honor. Charles was an active member of both the American Legion and the Eastside Church of Christ in Ocean Springs.

Outside of work and service, he had a passion for boating and camping, often enjoying these activities with his beloved wife of 55 years, Donna Richardson.

Charles is preceded in death by his wife Donna Richardson and his parents Rodney Dane and Dessie (nee Morrow) Richardson.

He is survived by his two sons Michael Dane Richardson of Melbourne, FL, and Terry Richardson of Byhalia, MS; his grandson Lukas Dane Richardson of Lakeland, MN; his siblings Betty Turman, David Richardson, and Joyce Johnson as well as several nieces and nephews.
