Charles Bennett, Jr.

Charles Edward Bennett Sr, Age 76, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2022. He was a native to Gulfport, MS and a long-time resident of Long Beach, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille Bennett and Charles Edward Bennett; and his brother, Dennis Bennett.

He is survived by his son, Charles Howard Bennett (Aimee) of Purvis, MS; his sister, Peggy Green of Spanish Fort , Al; his brother, Mike Bennett of Gulfport, MS; his grandchildren, Grace Bennett of Diamondhead, MS, Lauren Bennett of Diamondhead, MS, Ethan Jackson of Purvis, MS, Luke Jackson of Purvis, MS, and Hayden of Jackson, Purvis, MS.

Charles served in the United States Navy and worked for and retired from DuPont as a technician. He loved to go fishing and hunting on his time off.

A Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
