Chad Gaston

Chad Ricky Gaston, age 39, of Yakima, WA and formerly of Gulfport, passed away on June 21, 2020.

Chad was born to James Rickey Gaston and Beverly J. Dewease Gaston. He graduated from Shaw High School in Mobile, AL where he played infield for the baseball team. He served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years and served a tour in Iraq. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and LSU fan.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandfather, Eugene Dewease, Jr.

He is survived by his children, Hartley and Jax Gaston; mother, Beverly Dewease Gaston; his sister, Wendy Rocha; grandmother, Doris Dewease; uncle, Glen Dewease (Diane); nephew, Trey Rocha and niece, Olivia Rocha.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport, at 11:00 a.m. where visitation will be held one hour prior. Due to state mandates regarding COVID19, visitors will be limited to the first 50 in attendance. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
