Carroll S. Holder

Carroll Shuffield Holder, age 76, passed away on July 9, 2025 in Biloxi, MS.

She was born in Anniston, Alabama, and was a resident of Biloxi. She taught elementary school for many years at Bayou View Elementary, and held a Masters Degree in Education.

Carroll was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Holder; parents, Donald and Betty Shuffield; brother, Fred Shuffield; and nephew, Sean Simpson.

Carroll was the oldest surviving sister of Donna Simpson and Rebecca Lott. She also leaves behind a nephew, Josh Simpson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to HSSM, the Salvation Army, or Feed My Sheep.
