Carol Lee Savarese

Carol Lee Savarese (Aborn) was received by the Lord on January 17, 2009. She was born on January 15, 1935, to William and Myrtle Hanson Aborn, deceased. She graduated from Gulfport High School where she studied bookkeeping. She married Bidwell Adam Savarese, deceased, on May 29, 1953. Mrs. Savarese taught Sunday school for Grace Memorial Baptist Church, and also taught as a teacher's assistant at Gaston Point Elementary School. She was a loving mother of strong christian values and raised her children in that way. She fought a long battle with CHF with the help of Dr. Shah and the Coast Cardiology staff, Margaret Wise, and Brother Seymour.
Mrs. Savarese is survived by her children, Bidwell """"Dale"""" Savarese (Chris); Patrick Savarese, of Long Beach, MS; Russell (Joy) Savarese, of Saucier, MS; grandchildren, Tiffany, Brittany, Adam, and Jonathan Savarese; great-grandchildren, Jasmine Gardache, and Jeremiah Savarese; her loving brother and sister, William """"Billy"""" (Patricia) Aborn, of Long Beach; and Paula (Roger) Carle, of Marksville, LA; her church family and many other loving friends and family.
Visitation will be at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, on Thursday, January 22, 2009, from 11:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the National Cemetery in Biloxi.
