Carol Royce Perry, 82, a native of Louisville, KY, former resident of Diamondhead, MS and current resident of Houma, LA, passed away at the Homestead Assisted Living Home on May 12, 2026.

She was a loving sister and aunt. She loved to party and go to the casinos. She was the oldest of 9 children.

She is survived by her brother, Larry Johnson, sisters, Darlene Freeman (Carroll), Sandra Dickerson (John), and Sue Hamlett (Lonnie); her stepson, Charles Perry (Brenda); step-grandsons Joshua Brandt (Meredith), Phillip Perry (Ryan), and Anthony Perry (Katie); and step-great-grandchildren, Neva Brandt and Connor Perry; sister-in-laws, Debra Covault Johnson, and Lillian Chiasson Johnson.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Perry; her first husband, Benjamin Jones; her parents, Roy and Dolores (Huelsman) Johnson; sisters, Diane Westbrook, and Donna Weathers; brothers, Michael Johnson and Mitchell Johnson; sister-in-laws, Chris Johnson; brother-in-law, Monte Weathers; stepdaughter; Toni Perry Brandt; and step-son, Patrick Perry.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, May 21, 2026, starting at 10:30 AM at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Rd., Pass Christian, MS, until her prayer service begins in the chapel at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
