Carlton Vice

Carlton C. Vice, age 79, of the Helena community, passed away on March 11, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria J. Vice; and his parents, Claud "Papa" and Mary Elizabeth Vice.
Survivors include his children, Jimmy (Laurie) Vice, Jeff (Selena) Vice, and Mary Ann Vice; his siblings, Gladys Brooks, Evelyn (Delbert) Green, and Bill (Gladys) Vice; 6 grandchildren, Alexis Vice, Michael A. Rogers, Jr., Sarah Elisabeth Vice, Carlton Dallie Vice, Crews Vice, and Colum Vice; devoted nephew, Bill Vice, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Mr. Vice worked as a mechanic for MS Export Railroad and Jackson County Road Department, and also served as a foreman for K.R. Borries construction. He was a member of Helena Presbyterian Church and the Moss Point Masonic Lodge #202. He enjoyed mowing grass, riding on his mower, and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, from 12 - 2 pm at the Helena Presbyterian Church, 10401 Saracennia Road, Helena. The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the church sanctuary. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Helena.
